After the customer’s dental floss box outer box is molded by an injection molding machine, it is automatically grasped and docked with the equipment feeding system by a robotic arm.
The accessory blades are automatically sorted and fed through a vibrating disc and visual positioning, and are precisely assembled with plastic parts at an automated workstation without the need for manual participation in the entire process.

The equipment is integrated with an intelligent control system, which runs stably and efficiently. The single workstation production capacity is significantly improved, effectively reducing customer labor and management costs, and helping to achieve efficient lean production.
