The in mold injection molding and embedding automation equipment is designed for metal inserts such as gong mother guide columns, fisheye PIN needles, and precision terminals.
It integrates visual inspection and servo systems to achieve automatic feeding, positioning, and injection molding integration.
Through robot grasping, vibrating disc feeding, and indexing disc positioning, combined with an error prevention system to avoid missing or misplacement, the embedded parts are accurately fixed before mold closing, and automatically demolded after injection molding.
Modular design supports quick changeover, high positioning accuracy, replaces 4–6 manual labor, increases efficiency by 300%, suitable for high-precision scenarios such as automobiles and electronics, compatible with multiple specifications of inserts, and meets international certification standards.
